I’m having like a major panic attack rn I’m in class but I went to the bathroom and my head hurts and I can’t breathe and I feel sick to my stomach but my lungs hurt. I feel like I’m going to scream and everything just hurts and I don’t know what to do I don’t have any money for water and I just I’m so scared
